Join us February 13, 2015 for the premiere of our new collection "BLACK PEARL".“Black Pearl” is inspired by 1920’s Shanghai - the 'Paris of the East', Anna May Wong and Shanghai Girls by Lisa See. Samantha, noticing a habit of cultural appropriation in an age that could easily be one of respectful cultural fusion, is harkening back to an era of discovery.  Shanghai was inspired by Paris and vice versa.  This is about one culture discovering another and creating their take on it with the imagery they were given.  A beautiful evening wear collection in black, lavender, gold, silver, mint, royal blue and forest green, this is Samantha’s first special occasion collection and first solo show since 2011.
